I’ll never forget over the summer the bald feminine manager with glasses told me he would remember my face all because he gave me a rally burger with no lettuce and when I asked for a refund because I enjoy a fully dressed sandwich, he snatched the bag and said that. Lol and he still works there: I stopped by Friday, saw him in drive thru and took off: you don’t have to worry about me eating there anymore. Calling corporate did nothing. I felt like it was unnecessary but hey.

Rally's should just go ahead and close them ALL DOWN!! They are NOT as good as they USED to be and FRANKLY they have SUCKED since they discontinued the SMOKIN' SAUSAGE!! BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!! I have NEVER been able to get them (Checker's) to put EXTRA ONIONS on my burger so to me, THEY ARE USELESS!! Since the pandemic has begun they have had staffing problems (2) people per restaurant ? JUST......BYE!................... BYE!

Hey, normally I wouldn't be caught dead at a Rallys drive through. On this occasion I was with my mother in law. So number one I was told we were going there, and 2 I was so tired on this day that I couldn't even begin to protest. Let me say that myvexperience was much better then expected. The reason, strongly enough, the si zz z. ngle workerE0Ceration. He was friendly, efficient, and best of all his attitude was beyond jncredi!ble. When we said " can't believe you are having to run this place by yourself." He replied, " Awe, this is nothing, I like being busy." His attitude was on point. If more workers were as positive as this dude. I wouldn't have to point out the idiots at some of these places. Oh and the food, well it was Rallys.

I had a great experience today & it was all because of Thomas & Netta! They both had great customer service & made sure my food was fresh. Very positive attitudes from both of them & I hope this is seen by someone in upper management so they can be compensated for their work ethic.

Every single time I go here it's an issue. From them having an attitude to tonight there was a stated he did not have my order after I paid and he would not refund me or advise me on how to. I WILL be taking this further as all of these complaints go unnoticed. There's no way there's ton of people complaining about the workers attitudes and still they same type of attitudes and rudeness there . I will be contacting corporate until this is resolved

This location is in bad shape. Not presentable at all. The menu on one side is completely busted and torn down. The speaker on the side that works is busted to where they can hardly hear your order to where you have to repeat it a number of times and they still get it wrong. They haven't been able to print receipts for who knows how long and today that had NO ice for beverages. Please clean this place up.

Out of soft drinks, and ice cream. (How?) Girl had an attitude in the drive-thru. Really bad experience, won’t be back. Saw several similar experiences from others in these Google reviews. Reported it on their website, maybe the franchise owner will do something about it finally or corporate will shut the place down.
Excellent experience with RALLYS my food was Hot and Ready thank you so much and it's really a place that respects the meaning of FAST FOOD!

The girl /boy and Boy/girl are the worst and sometimes was in my sandwich both acted like they were on drugs not high tho. Piece of plastic was in my sandwich the last bit too. It was good and hot made to order. That girl / boy with the locs has a real attitude.

I visited the drive thru of this location on April 29 2022 at 7:08pm and waited over 10 minutes. they have an automated greeting when you pull in and I thought someone was going to take my order - it did not happen. I was not assisted and it seemed like the restaurant was abandoned. I even called the store phone and no one answered. This location is horrible.

The burgers are delicious and their fries are AMAZING. The service was good even though they only one employee but she did a good job. There was no long wait time so that was a plus.
