The customer service is always great, and the drive thru moves really fast. One very annoying thing they consistently do is show “in-store” pickup option for mobile order, but then when I get there to pick up my order the cafe is closed so I have to sit in the drive thru line anyways. I wish I could rate this Starbucks 4 stars however it's starting to go all the way down. Some of the employees make drinks with no urgency, slow as a turtle. I used to work at a Starbucks which is supposed to pride itself on customer service. This Starbucks used to thrive with customer service but now it's terrible. Prepare for long wait times and maybe a few messed up drinks. I would suggest whoever is over the staff to retrain or start hiring.

I recently added a review about being overcharged. It was a mistake on my part. I was so distracted that I forgot I asked for a $10 cash back. I hope it didn’t cause the young lady any animosity at work. This was indeed a mistake and oversight on my part. She was very gracious today and didn’t have to be.
