I hardly ever leave reviews. I only leave them if the experience was terrible or excellent. Unfortunately, this is the former. First, I will say the cashier was very sweet. However, our order was incorrect. Additionally, the carpet looked like it needed a deep cleaning, parts of the wall paper we're coming off, the outside of the building needed a wash down, and the Wendy's sign on the back of the building needs to be completely replaced as it looks like it was in a fire. A cigarette was in the bag that had been smoked 1 or 2 times. One of the women with red lipstick in the store did it. When I went to the store they were very rude about the situation. The manager called back after I called the 1800 number to offer a refund. I’ll never go to this Wendy’s it is horrible and unhealthy!!!!!

The lady that took our order was annoyed by our order... I asked for cheese on my chicken sandwich it was not there, and the lady who brought the food out to the car, she needs to be fired. She brought three meals out, and I said we had four. She never acknowledged me, so I said it louder she screamed, saying, "I heard you!" When she comes back, all she said was, "Here!"
