The service was really pleasant, especially considering I was their last diner of the night, just before 9pm. The table bread was much better than I'd have expected, and the mushroom ravioli was extremely good!

Brio has great food but terrible policies regarding service. Brio requires the bartenders to also provide table service. This week, we were the bartender's table and service was slooooooow because he had a bar full of thirsty customers. I finally asked another waiter to help us. The other waiter didn't want to because he knew it was the bartender's table. The customer waits too long; the bartender's are overworked and under appreciated; restaurant has a reputation for bad service.....go figure. This is just plain stupid. Almost a nice restaurant. Needs smarter management!

Overall, I enjoyed my experience. The bread they serve before your meal is wonderful. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The ambiance was nice. Our server was prompt and knowledgeable. The hostess was not very friendly, nor vocal. The house Pinot noir was good.

I've had Saturday brunch here many times but yesterday's experience was terrible. Service was slow, eggs were hard and they had no jelly for the toast. It's brunch for goodness sakes, you'd think they would have jelly! It took forever to get our food as well as our check when finished eating. An hour brunch took almost two hours and we got bacon and eggs! Doesn't take that long to prepare. The place was almost empty and all of the wait staff looked like they were moving in slow motion. A friend of mine warned me not to go, that she had just had a bad experience there a few weeks prior. I didn't listen because restaurants can always have an “ off day” when things just aren't going well. I hate to see this happen to Brio because they've always been consistent with food and service and Ive enjoyed going there. Hope they can get it together before they go under!

The food was delicious. We had a reservation and were seated but our service was very slow. Our waitress was very nice but she obviously had too many tables to serve. This was a special celebration as it was my daughter in laws first visit since moving here so I was disappointed that the service was not what it usually is at Brio.
The heavy set bartender was a bit short and bordered on . Note I don't know his name because he didn't offer it. Once we moved to the main dining room, Nicole took good care of us. Where is Garrett?

Their wine selection was very limited, food was great, service was great...the valet parking was great..the only thing that I could say "negative" is that the horizontal surface(s) could use some attention, excessive dust. Other then that, wonderful experience.

Great location with plenty of parking.Great hostess and server, top notch service even though it was a busy evening for the restaurant. The appetizers and food was really good too!
Food was really fresh and good, servers were quick to refill drinks and make sure everything is ok. Only downside is the seating, the servers or seating host need to be more flexible in seating you where you want to be. Noise level was a little dramatic. I heard dramatic screams all night while trying enjoy my dinner

Absolutely fantastic! This was our first time at Brio, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! The food and service was so good we contemplated going back again the next night!

We were late getting around to making reservations for Friday night Valentine's Day but were able to secure a spot at Brio's a little more than two weeks out - it's close by and we've enjoyed meals there in the past but would normally seek out a "one-of-a-kind" local restaurant. We had a great meal with a few glasses of wine for under $100 and the service was excellent.

I’ve been coming here for over a decade. I have never been dissatisfied. The creamy Parmesan dressing is AMAZING and the service is always fantastic. This atmosphere and food are worth every penny.
