This place has completely changed and went down hill!!! I would not go here nor serve my dogs from here, their attitudes are terrible!!! The workers act as if they own the building themselves and are very rude and not helpful!!! They laugh and make jokes over the speakers and think their job is a joke obviously. It’s so hard to get an accurate order because you have children playing on the drive thru speaker and not taking their job seriously. It’s disgusting how they treat people and STILL HAVE A JOB ? if my manager saw anyone of our staff behave in this way then they wouldn’t have the opportunity to work one more day at our establishment. Unprofessional CHILDREN is what they behave like. SMH

Customer service was non-existent. We dined in. Manager walked right past us and didn't acknowledge we were there. The cashier washed her hands and then dried her hands on her shirt. There was only one other customer dining in and he was asleep at a table in the front.She then took our order and walked away to drive through cash register. Didn't acknowledge she heard what I ordered. Asked for bacon on one sandwich and of course she didn't hear me because she was walking away as I was ordering. I thanked her for taking my order and she finally spoke to me to say you are welcome. Ice machine didn't work. Diet coke was out and there was no mention they were working on getting it fixed. So had to ask for refills. The cashier was on her cell phone with a personal call on speaker phone, when I asked for refill. Didn't even speak until I said thank you while she had already turned around. Hamburger patty was dried up and only covered half the bun. Don't waste your time or money at this location!

Waited in line for an hour just for them to say they didn’t have any food. I was told it was two cooks. So I’m not sure if they were being lazy or just unprofessional as hell. Why not say that at the speaker? She just said pull around. Closed it DOWN!!!!

The customer service was bad it took 28 mins to get my food the guy making the food was using his phone while wearing gloves and the amount of germs that are on you cell phone is unreal and he made the ghost pepper whopper the same a regular whopper and the manager of the store didn't step in and help make the orders she sat in the office on the phone...don't eat ate the homewood Burger King unless you won't slow food

Waited in line for 20 mins and only one car at the deive thru window and 3 cars at the ordering spot. Finally, I got to the window and the manager/ cashier was taking her time taking another order and never even open the window to address me. Then when she open the window ,she didn't have my complete order. The customer service from this manager is HORRIBLE!!! Her attitude was unacceptable. At least 8 cars left cause of the customer service. She didn't have a name tag on, and I don't know her name, but she is a female and wears glasses. This Forestdale Burger King is a good place. But, that manager needs more training on customer service and needs to check her attitude at the door.
