Customer service was non-existent. We dined in. Manager walked right past us and didn't acknowledge we were there. The cashier washed her hands and then dried her hands on her shirt. There was only one other customer dining in and he was asleep at a table in the front.She then took our order and walked away to drive through cash register. Waited in line for an hour just for them to say they didn’t have any food. I was told it was two cooks. So I’m not sure if they were being lazy or just unprofessional as hell. Why not say that at the speaker? She just said pull around. Closed it DOWN!!!!

The customer service was bad it took 28 mins to get my food the guy making the food was using his phone while wearing gloves and the amount of germs that are on you cell phone is unreal and he made the ghost pepper whopper the same a regular whopper and the manager of the store didn't step in and help make the orders she sat in the office on the phone...don't eat ate the homewood Burger King unless you won't slow food
