Don’t ask for anything grill after 7:00pm they shut down the grill and most of the items on the menu are not available that’s trash service in my opinion because someone might want grilled instead of fried due to health the grill should be available until closing in my opinion that’s lazy. Placed an order for pickup online, it was supposed to be ready 15 mins later. Arrived approx 15 mins later, took them an additional 30 mins to have my food ready (45 mins for two 2 piece fish dinners). Customer service was fine, but timeliness was horrible. And, they were practically empty with only a handful of cars there.

The drive-thru service was awful! The cashier who took the orders was rushing and didn't call back the order to know if it was correct. I didn't want to hold up the line, it was already slow. Therefore, I went to another location to have my order complete.
