This new location is awesome. They have ice cream and a brand new dining room and rate service. Everybody knows that Jack's rocks fried chicken. My favorite, though, is the sausage biscuits. I don't think I will ever get tired of them. But I would try this location because the staff is amazing.
No good customer service, not greeted when I came in. Basically ignored. Not even given a proper goodbye or thank you.One young lady had her long braids out. She needs to either pin them up or wear a

The guy working the window cashier around 6PM deserves a raise and or promotion, he gave fantastically wholesome service and seemed pleased to be working. It is rare to see that nowadays and has honestly been an issue with this Jack's in particular. The African American fella working the drive thru changed my perspective on this location today.
