There's a reason why this Krystal has been here so long and hasn't closed down like so many other places around it. My experience here was perfect, and far better than any other fast food experience I've had in recent years.
I love the Trussville location! It's convenient for me because I live in the area and I often go into the city and stay late. We even got some door dashed at 1 am! That's unheard of in Trussville. Food was hot and exactly what we ordered.

We had to wait a bit for our food becoz 1 of Andy gave 1 of our orders to the wrong customer. So then we had to wait even longer. Uwas getting frustrated but I understand becoz I worked in a fast food place a few times. And I used that employee has autism but I have a grandchild that has that as well, but my grandchild is really worse than that young man, he first waited on me messed up the first order and brought someone else to take care of my order and get it straighten...read full review
