I guess the manager's have told the workers to skimp on the ingredients.. except the lettuce.. smh.. I know everyone is trying to save money, but don't do us like that!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS MOE'S CHOOSE ANOTHER LOCATION!
Was feeling Moe's yesterday, and decided to visit this location. I usually love going to Moe's southwest grill. The staff always welcomes you in, and are very patient with you as you decide on what to order. Some of the staff members are kind enough to This location, near UAB campus, is not the friendliest I've been to. They rushed your order, and when I asked a question, they responded irritated. The manager, Nakita, at the Moe’s near UAB, was very attentive to my requests and with my food order. She took the time to understand my needs and went above and beyond to ensure all of my orders were correct. I had a fantastic experience at this location and it is because of Nakita that I will be ordering from Moes on a regular basis.
