We have had our company party here for the last couple of years. We have 20 seated in their party room. A little cramped but still workable for all those folks. Food and service has been outstanding!! Any food choice will be above average but the Apple beignets are a must have and truly special.

This was an excellent experience overall. Every bit of the food we had from steak, seafood, to chicken was impeccable. The creme brulee was superb. And Kenneth, our waiter, was so kind and gave excellent service.

My wife and I dined for the first time at Satterfield’s tonight to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary and first date as parents.We started with a dirty martini and old fashioned, both very well made. We enjoyed the oysters for an appetizer. For dinner, we each paired a glass of red wine with our entree. My wife enjoyed her Pinot Noir with her perfectly prepared medium-rare ribeye. I ordered the slow roasted beef short rib, which was wonderfully complemented by a Malbec; it was probably the best dish I’ve had in Birmingham! So good, I didn’t bother trying my wife’s ribeye (though, of course, I did share a bite of my dish with her). We finished with the blueberry pie and vanilla ice cream.We had very friendly and attentive service from our waitress, Sophie (thank you!). The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We will undoubtedly be back.

Heirloom tomatoes and burratta appetizer was delicious, and for the entrée, possibly the best Porkchop I have ever had. The Old Fashioned(s) were perfect and the Molten Lava Cake was amazing. Staff was attentive, food was out quickly. Birmingham... you have a gem here!

The very best restaurant in Birmingham! Food is exceptional, the service is amazing, and the atmosphere is wonderful! The Blue Crab Cake with yummy mashed potatoes and spinach was simply delicious! Our waitress Abby was so impressive with her knowledge of the Cuisine and she was just so nice! The ambience of Satterfield’s Restaurant is elegant and yet relaxing! Great Experience!!!!!
