Never had issues here with my order. Always clean and staff are nice! The workers saying Good morning to everyone that walks in is a great touch! It makes my shift in the OR off to a great start.

The young man at the register was very short with myself and others. I believe his name is Missy. He was very rude nonchalant, non caring and passive aggressive. I cancelled my order and left.

At 625pm on December 21, 2023. The African American Female and the two male Employees were heard let’s mess his drink up. They purposely were skipping Customers and can be seen on the Cameras running the cup part of the blender to the back after saying could it be a OSHA violation. After hearing them I went to the counter to get my refund back as I waited 10 drinks made and people who ordered after me received their drinks. The entire Staff on duty needs to be replaced. I wouldn’t hire them. There is no integrity and their conversation was very criminal!

While staying at the hospital for several days for the birth of our son, we definitely took advantage of the Starbucks located on the second floor - sleep was hard to come by, and the caffeine was definitely needed and appreciated! It was always busy, but ordering on the app made it much easier. The to-go area, where the orders were just stacked up, was slammed with orders. People had to look through and verify if their order had been made or not, which could lead to a log-jam at times. But the staff interaction was fine. Never had a problem with them or their professionalism.

Great staff and customer service! Very pleasant atmosphere! The Turkey, Provolone & Pesto on Ciabatta was delicious. The barista is really fast and efficient at this location.

This is the best ran Starbucks I have ever seen. The staff have a great system in place. For there being so many orders, it was not chaotic at all. They all have fun and seem to work well together.

The Good: The service was okay. The staff was not rude, they greeted my party and took our order but that was about it. The drinks, snack and wrap were fine.The Bad: Safety Issue - There was a stack of mats on the floor partially in front of the refrigerated products, which I didn’t see as I was looking to see what they had. Both my daughter and I stumbled over them. (There were no hazard cones present.)We were planning to eat there but the counters, tables and floors were dirty (as well as the restroom) so we left.I saw at least five staff members (some working, others chatting) and it was not busy.Although, I don’t frequent Starbucks, I’ve been to my fair share. This location was not channeling Starbucks energy and the visit was disappointing.
