While staying at the hospital for several days for the birth of our son, we definitely took advantage of the Starbucks located on the second floor - sleep was hard to come by, and the caffeine was definitely needed and appreciated! It was always busy, but ordering on the app made it much easier. The to-go area, where the orders were just stacked up, was slammed with orders. People had to look through and verify if their order had been made or not, which could lead to a log-jam...read full review
This is the best ran Starbucks I have ever seen. The staff have a great system in place. For there being so many orders, it was not chaotic at all. They all have fun and seem to work well together.
