This is one of the best hotel restaurants I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating at. We had the chips & queso, chicken tacos and steak tacos. The food was pretty authentic. The service and atmosphere were wonderful!
Always choose this hilton to stay at when I come back home to visit. Love that lab bar had veg options especially since quite a few of the vegan options have closed in the area and/or aren't open as late.

My family and I had dinner at The Lab restaurant tonight and although we usually do not write reviews that often, the dinner we were served tonight definitely deserves it. The quality, taste and presentation were absolutely phenomenal and it felt like the food was prepared by people who enjoy their profession.
