It's Wendy's. Don't expect too much. Servers were kind, but slow. The place felt dirty. One of the drink machines had no ice. Neither had the full selection of drinks shown.
I travel for work, this is by far the slowest and lowest quality service I've ever experienced at any Wendy's across the country... Edit: after coming back to Birmingham after 11 months, this is still a garbage excuse of a Wendy's... The service is still slow and they never give the sauce you ask for...

Worst experiences at a fast food restaurant I’ve had in years. I am beyond surprised this place is still open. The worker at the window was talking on her personal phone while we waited for our food. We waiting in line forever. I am almost impressed by what a joke this experience was.
