I don’t like leaving bad reviews. But I will never eat here again, the wings were very small and refried. They give you a SMALL amount of fries, they were fried hard. I paid $15 for my meal and my box felt lighter than a feather. I felt rushed to pay. The Asian lady saw the look on my face when she showed me my meal. I wanted a refund, but I said I’m not going to inconvenience myself. I just won’t ever come here again. I love the WingIT location in Center Point it is one of the best wing spots in Birmingham. This WingIT in Hoover on Lorna Road can’t be apart of that restaurant. If you like getting what you pay for don’t come here. Be ready to be let down.

I have eaten here in the past. Never had a problem with the food. The service is not that great especially since the lady at the front is always there. I ate here on August 17th. The lady always has a very bad attitude. When I ate the food I immediately had to go to the restroom and when I tell you I have not get well since. I always feel sick on my stomach. I would not advise anyone to eat here.

A terrible place. The wing are small and over cooked to the point they were dry and hard. Their cheap on everything but the price. Wings had little to no seasoning, the Philly was cheap frozen meat, the tomato was over ripe, the fries are undercooked, and when it came for ketchup she put it on there for you and barely put it on there , and wants to charge if you want more, and on top of all that when you ask for a refill because the food is so dry, she wants to charge even more. She is rude as well. I watched as she was rude to three other customers before she was rude to me. The food also smelled. I suggest going next door to Little Caesars because their wings are better and their not even a wing place.

Was charged a 10 pc but received a 5 pc. The chilli cheese fries tasted and looked like someone crapped all over my plate. Not an exaggeration DO NOT EAT HERE!

The order taker was rude ordered a fruit punch wanted to switch it to a tea was told no because It was already made okay cool. Get home the wings were so salty we couldn’t even eat them, totally not worth the money. Food is not good at all and terrible service.

Leaving South Korea to start a restaurant on the other side of the world is a challenge I cannot even imagine. The wings are great, the fries are crispy, and if I am choosing between this family owned place and the Little Caesar’s next door “Wing It” wins every time.
