“I got a supreme today with no mushrooms and extra cheese, this cost me $19.99 and it was really bad. Did not have extra cheese, only had 2 or 3 pieces of pepper on it very little ingredients at all I wish I had taken a picture of it. I don't know what. Happened to Dominos but it is has gotten really bad coming out of Boaz on McKlesky st.“
“Ms. Joy Yarbrough, in my opinion, it is in your best interest and financial safety that kfc cannot cancel an online order in store. Not saying we would do this to our customers bc we never would, but there are ppl out there somewhere I'm sure that would cancel online orders in store just so they don't have to fulfill your orders. Though we cannot, you can definitely cancel your own online orders and get your money back. The process to do so is within the app or online site. At times this situation does arise where we run out before an order can be packed and naturally, we have to make more to get more orders out. There're a few different factors as to why it happens at times. Slower stores have to make less chicken. We have a computer telling what to make and when. If a spontaneous burst of customers come in at the same time unexpectedly, then running out is a high possibility. Tho I don't work in that store anymore, I'm sure it was one of those times. Not to sound rude saying this but its one of the things that's similar to first come first served. No, it isn't fair to the ones making online orders but at the same time we can't deny the ones who are right there ordering at that moment either. I can say that we also prefer and try to pack your order close to when you arrive or even when you arrive so you know it's hot. If we pack at the time when it shows up, it can sit a while before y'all get there and then there is the complaint that the food is cold or old. I myself have seen online orders get packed and nobody shows up for hours on end to get it. We do have an area for online and pick up orders but it isn't heated. It sits on the front counter. So there it would or could have been cold and nasty by the time you got there. Me personally I'd rather wait for the hot food if need be than take home something that sat and got cold or old. Ya know? I can guarantee it wasn't anything towards you or meant in any disrespectful manner to you and yours. Boaz is constantly going through employees. Good help that cares about customers is harder to find these days. They are one of many restaurants in the country and state that struggle with employment. I've seen personally that store and others have as little as 1 person to a shift bc nobody is willing to come to work or they quit. They'll make stores stay open with one person on the staff without and with the lobby being opened. I've seen and been through it myself more than once. With a lack of staff comes a lack in all other areas. But nonetheless you can always get your money back. Online it has to be you. In store, we can do that. We have nothing hands-on with anything to do with transactions online. I do hope it all worked out and that you were able to get your money back shortly thereafter. Sorry this happened to you. To dishearten our customers is not something we aim to do. Most of us aim to please you as if you were our on family. Have a blessed time on earth. I hope you see this and have the understanding of the possible situation in store and please don't let it affect the way you view us as a whole.“
“This was the absoluteworst location I've ever seen. Our pizza was floppy and undercooked. There was an average of 1 piece of sausage on each piece of pizza. Everyone had a rumbly stomach and we spent a lot of time in the restroom. We tried to call numerous times but nobody answers the phone. Absolute FAIL.“

“The key word here is consistency .We've been here maybe a half dozen times.My Pablano Pico Sirloin has been perfectly cooked to my preference every single time without fail.Our server, Angela K was pleasant and attentive. “Food was great. Service was questionable I was handed two drinks that had coke spilled down all sides of the cups,practically spilling on my shirt and lap. I asked for napkins the guy at the window said they were in my bag...they were not. Guy also at the window was talking to two other workers and was paying 0% attention to what he was doing“

Ordering has gotten ridiculous since they changed their app! I have to call now because I still can't get the app to work even after doing everything they suggested. The delivery time is usually pretty good!Parking: It's in a plaza with a big parking lot so there's plenty of space.“

“3 stars on service just because their DT line is not set up for optimal service. Line was backed up at order taking point, which caused the line to wrap the building, blocking others from being able to get out/leave the lot. This is not the fault of the OT, as she was quick as she could be & efficient in the OT process. Cashier & present window were also quick & efficient. The dynamic of the parking lot/DT lane need upgraded. Staff was absolutely wonderful.“
