Had to wait 15 minutes for 2 cars in front of us just to get an iced coffee and senior coke. THEN when we got the coffee it tasted like water and sent it back and they acted like we was lying to them. It was the first time we have had an awful experience.
This is a great updated McDonald's. They have a self-service kiosk up front in case no one is there or you just don't want to interact with anyone. Food came out about 5 minutes after ordering. I decided to dine in. The seats and tables had crumbs but nothing a napkin can't fix. They had the TV on which was nice for not eating in silence. It was a nice view from where I sat. If I ever pass through Alabama again, I'd definitely stop here again.Vegetarian options: It's McDonald's....read full review

It was after 8 p.m. traveling thru Childersburg, Al. Saw the Golden Arches and decided to go with the drive thru. There was a waiting line in drive thru, therefore, line waiting to order and then line waiting to pay for/get food. I had the McChicken and Sweet Tea. Chicken sandwich was good and hot. Sweet Tea was just what I needed to pick me up. Employees were helpful and friendly. It was a great Drive Thru, except for the wait time.
