First it's a small place without a cashier, and servers. We only saw one person, Jeff. Very friendly. Wasn't busy. The place feels homie. House salad was better than most chain restaurants. Then the steak, rib eye was cooked as ordered and was very good. Which my wife is picky and she enjoyed it. I got a big bacon burger. It is big and it had more than a couple of pieces of bacon. Crispy crunchy bacon with enough to taste. Burger was great. We'll be back!
Please don't let the humble appearance fool you! This place. Has got. Some GOOD freaking food! Husband got the fried chicken, fried green tomatoes and slaw (just like my Granny used to make) and I stole some. Then I stole some more. All in between bites of my own GIANT double bacon cheeseburger! I was aggressively happy! Then I ran out of room in my stomach. And that made me sad. Then I remembered I'll have it for later.
