I cannot recommend Babe’s enough; we absolutely loved every single flavor we got. Babe’s is SO MUCH BETTER than that other popular doughnut chain in Tuscaloosa. “This review is for the Daylight Donuts located in the Publix shopping center off 69S in Tuscaloosa.These are amazing donuts. They are also really big and always taste fresh. My family likes the glazed, chocolate glazed and the maple glazed. The owners are also very sweet and helpful. After Covid, they just kept their drive thru open so you can’t go inside to order. However, they are fast and the donuts are worth the wait.“

I had no idea what she was talking about until i saw the HOT light lit on the sign. It means the donuts are HOT (EXTREMELY). We went thru the drive thru and was told that they had just dropped them in the cooker and would be ready in 12 mins. And if the wait would have been 30 mins we would have been glad to wait.
