“Our family had dinner here for the second night, we are spending a week with family in Warrior Alabama. We were greeted and waited on by Kaylee. She had a great personality and was very polite and we kept laughing during our visit. She made comments about how nice our family was and kept up a level of service that was outstanding. “Hands down! The best food & dessert we’ve had in a long time at All Steak!! My husband ordered the shrimp cocktail. The cocktail sauce had just the right “heat” to it without be over the top & He likes it hot! Then he ordered a beef filet cooked medium! It was perfect. ? I chose the Chef special of scallops & succotash! It was really good. Our dessert was the bread pudding. Oh! My!! Simply delicious! I had to bring the half of it home, so I could enjoy it even more the next day!!!? & yes the Orange rolls with the real orange yest was superb!! I must add that Aiden our waitress was the best!! & we really enjoyed talking to Kelsey, General Manager, very friendly & makes sure your dining experience is top notch!!”

“We celebrated my son’s 12th birthday at Ninja Japanese Steakhouse in Cullman and had such a great experience! Autumn was an amazing host from the moment we walked in. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly for our group. Celebrating a birthday with kids can sometimes be chaotic, but she handled everything with such a positive attitude and made our night feel special. Excellent service and a great place to celebrate!”

“I have to give Guthrie's in Cullman, AL major props. Long story short, I needed 100 chicken fingers FAST. The very nice, helpful girls at Guthrie's in Cullman, AL said they could have them ready in 30 minutes, which was cutting it close for my situation. They had them ready in about 20 minutes and I was able to get them to my event just in time to feed everyone. And they even gave me an extra finger to give my little dachshund that was with me. A huge THANK YOU to the amazing staff at this awesome location. Y'all made a blessing a much bigger blessing. Thank y'all so very, very much!!!!”

“Rice and Soy is our go to for Chinese food in Cullman. It is primarily a take-out restaurant. They do have a few tables if somebody chooses to eat in. There is not a lot of atmosphere but the restaurant is very clean. We place our order and it is always ready in twenty minutes which is exactly how long it takes for us to travel there. They put all meals in a very nice plastic container and then put it in a paper bag which they then put into a plastic bag. They give you the individual condiments to go. Tonight we ordered the Mongolian Beef with a spring roll and fried rice. The portions are always very generous and their prices are fair. As stated this is the best Chinese food in town and yes we will be back.”

“We headed to Duchess Bakery around 8:30am. They had doughnuts, doughnut holes, and bismarks. Customer service was excellent. 5 star experience. Chocolate bismark was amazing! Nothing can compare.”

Since then, we have invited our families to dinner who also agree this place has the best steak EVER and the best gator. I would eat here again 100%”

“Stopped by Flavors Bakery in Cullman and was greeted right as I walked in. They have a large selection of baked goods at fair prices, and when I asked if the offerings rotate, the staff explained that only their holiday items change seasonally. You can actually see the team preparing baked goods in the back, which adds a really nice touch and gives the whole place a warm, open feel.

I tried the orange roll and it was fantastic—soft, fresh, and full of flavor. They also offer coffee, with a clear menu posted up front. The shop itself is clean, bright, and well-kept, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. The ability to see your pastries being made right behind the counter makes the experience even better.

“We come to Slims pretty often after church for the $1.99 kids meal deal. Today, they were SLAMMED! I would guess most everybody waited at least 20-30 minutes for food. The Slims team was incredible even in the chaos! They did table touches, apologized, gave accurate wait times for when food would be delivered. They were kind, courteous and even issued refunds for some guests who just wouldn’t be satisfied… despite having a plate of fresh and hot food in front of them. The team here is awesome. Sundays are crazy busy days for any restaurant, and at least here, the food is always worth the wait, and we know we’ll be treated well during the wait! ♥️”

“Several months ago my son and I were shopping downtown Cullman. In one of the stores my son accidentally got hurt and we needed ice to help the swelling of his “boo boo”. We came across Frios and decided to go in and ask to see if we could get some ice. The gentleman was so friendly and gave us a bag of ice. The gentleman noticed that my son didn’t want me holding the bag of ice on his “boo boo” so the gentleman came over with a popsicle (on the house) to see if that would help calm him down. My son immediately calmed down and I couldn’t thank the gentleman enough. After starting to thank him I learned that this gentleman was the owner. The kindness and thoughtfulness that the owner showed when we weren’t even purchasing anything was amazing. Now every time we come to Cullman we ALWAYS stop by to get a popsicle. The popsicles are so good and the employees are always so kind!”

“Do not go to Whitlocks Cafe on County Rd 222. They are rip offs. Microwaved loaded bbq heated up shredded pork $13. This morning I got a $7 worth breakfast of 3 scrabble eggs, 2 slices bacon, small plain hashbrowns, with sweet tea and was charged $17. I will not eat there ever again since they rip off people. Whitlocks Cafe price gouge.”

“We moved from Birmingham and were sad to leave our favorite Chinese Restaurant behind. I tried many places between Cullman, Hartselle and Decatur and finally landed on Peking. The food is really good and its always hot and fresh. We drive 25 minutes to go pick it up, because it's worth it! The inside of the restaurant is nothing exciting, but that isn't an issue for me. We always get it to go anyway.”

The HB shop had lots of authentic Oktoberfest items like hats, shirts, and lederhosen Some of the authentic food was disappointing. Gravy for jager schnitzel was soured. The schnitzel was the thinnest I have ever experienced. I believe a real German would be disappointed in the food. Sausages were good. Would love to see a bakery come in and make authentic breads. Tonight, they only had three kinds of chicken salads let and stated they were out of numerous other items. Keep in mind that this was not the end of the night, but actually a few minutes before 6:00 pm., all six times have been before seven o'clock and various days of the week. I don't know if it is management or what, but the Cullman store needs some help. I hate to see a good resturant close because of poor management. When I asked how often this happened, I was told all the time. Common sense tells me if I always run out, maybe I should make more, but nowadays people don't have much common sense. I would love to know who to contact to discuss this problem, before the resturant is completely run into the ground.”
