“We had a party of 12 and had called ahead, so they had a table ready for us. Our waitress was super friendly and efficient. The food came out quick. A lot quicker than I expected for a large party. Everyone loved the food. No complaints at all. I had a bbq potato. It was huge.“

“The food was pretty good! The employees were friendly, but I didn’t receive any bbq sauce with my bbq which was pretty unfortunate. But I enjoyed my meal even without the sauce! If I’m ever in the area, I wouldn’t mind giving them another try.“
“Really cool spot in downtown Cullman. You order at the window in the back of the restaurant which wasn't super clear on our first visit but we figured it out. I had the Burnt Ends and my Wife had the Pulled Pork Sandwich and honestly they were both "just ok" I know that sounds a bit harsh but there was no smoke flavor and the BBQ sauce had an unusual taste. The Mac and cheese wasn't anything to write home about either. It was all good it just didn't really stand out. Overall I would probably come back as the prices, portions, and atmosphere were all good.“
“Great family barbecue place. Had a friend, who likes bbq, in town from Canada. We called in advance to be sure that we could bring a little pup if we ate outside and were told that was fine. Upon our arrival there were no tables set up outside so I stuck my head inside and asked. Our waitress brought chairs outside (wouldn’t let me carry them), wiped the table, got our drinks and took our order. Evidently they don’t usually seat people outside except in cooler weather or when packed inside. Our waitress not only took care of us, but she also took good care of the dog. She brought out a bone after checking to be sure I was okay with it and asked about a bowl and water (which we had brought with us). I had the brisket nachos and my friend had a regular brisket plate. Both lunches were very good and the waitress was very attentive even though we were her only customers outside. Great folks and good food. Love their homemade potato chips. Have eaten there before and will gladly eat there again.“

“Christie Hill is my waitress and she does such a good job taking care of me every time I come in, I travel a lot. Christie goes above the call of duty making sure I feel at home. Puckett’s is just not somewhere I eat. It’s become a place where I feel at home. Every Pucketts needs a Christie she should definitely be in management, someone definitely to sell and promote your brand. She always brightens my day. I eat here 5 times a week at least. What a wonderful employee you have.“
