There's been some sort of issue 3 out of 4 times we've gotten food from this location. Today was the last straw. We ordered and paid on their website. Of course, our payment was processed immediately and the money has been taken out of my account.The order was promised at 12:15, but when we got there to pick it up, the doors were locked.Finally talked to a live person on the 833 number who was very apologetic, but other than forward the complaint and request for refund to the franchise owner, there wasn't much she could do. She said if I hadn't been contacted by the owner in 3 or 4 days, to call back.We won't be going back until a lot changes at this store.

It is 12:49pm on a Wednesday and the doors are locked. The big banner says " we are open for dine in and take out". Was looking forward to lunch as I loved Dickeys in Nashville area!

This visit was definitely less than one star. Man takes our order, a minute later we hear another guy say they're out of Brisket. (They didn't get their truck, so not a huge deal), but my husband Orders the Pork Out Platter. The guy brings out a double order of pulled pork and some kielbasa. Husband asks where the ribs are, and the burnt ends. The guy argues that it doesn't come with ribs and the double order is because they're out of burnt ends. Um, thanks... But pic confirms it most certainly DOES come with ribs. Sad, because we have been a few times and it was excellent, just not today. We will go back, just make sure you don't get ripped off also.

Kailey was super friendly an all around really helpful! Being from Kansas City and knowing good BBQ, everytime I’ve been to this dickeys it’s been quality. I am a big fan of the sweet bbq sauce! Never have to wait long at all either! And 20$ for two people!

Worst barbecue I've had in my entire life. This place is like the kia Rio of bbq. Someone, somewhere likes it but it's not for me. 50 bucks for my family to eat dinner and the brisket resembled beef jerky more than brisket. I never write reviews so for me to actually take the time to do this is saying something.

Ordered online, sent my kids to pick up. No one acknowledged my kids as they waited in a line that no one else was in. I ordered a turkey plate with potato casserole and Caesar salad. My daughter let me know that they were out of salad so I asked for fries, also out of fries so I ended up with baked beans. When I opened my box of Turkey there were 4 very small pieces of turkey that appeared to have some sort of sauce on them and and seemed slimy. I threw the turkey out. The manager did offer my kids ice cream because they were there for so long but we will not visit Dickeys again in the future.

There were 4 of us for lunch today. The first 2 in our party got the dinner roll. Myself and the other person did not get our bread with our meal. I asked cashier and he was not able to give me one. He kept referring me back to the lady who took our order. She was very busy.I was not asking for ribs, etc.Just the dinner bread that we did not get. No big deal! Just writing this to let them know that the customer service is lacking.My frist time eating there.Great first impression.
Ordered online where they ask for your email and phone number. Received a confirmation email with a pick up time. When I arrived to get my order I was told they didn't have any of the things I ordered, pulled pork and ribs. I didn't receive a call and just to top off a wonderful experience my credit card will not be reimbursed till tomorrow!

I’ve went to this location on several occasions and the food has been good. This review is strictly on customer service. I placed an order online and my husband went to pick it up….. they gave our order to someone else, and she told him she would remake it. He went to the truck and walked back in 8 minutes & she told him “I will remake your food give me 5 minutes.” Mind you, the food was already PAID for…. he was standing there waiting, then she proceeded to tell him to leave multiple times for absolutely no reason. We never got our food. I hope corporate does the right thing & at least gives us our money back. We didn’t catch her name but she was an older blonde lady.

the food was not good. Also we paid $2.95 each for 2 big yellow cups. The carbonation on the soda machine was out and they had NO sweet tea made when we told they she handed us 2 can dr peppers and we looked at her and said "we just paid $3 a piece for these drinks" she responded "I'm sorry I can give yall 2 each". very disappointing ?

Forst must say I have been to dickeysany times always had a good experience till today walk to 4 employees 0 custermers have to wait well over 5 mins to take our order make order move to the sides told do not have any of the sides we originally wanted made more choices move to pay and get drinks get cups go to fill them no ice ask the lady behind the counter for some ice told we don't have any no where in the building is any ice at the moment rules out sweet tea but I deal with it the side I ended up choosing was fries basiclly only thing they had available wait on the fries to cook for the fry cook to bring out the fry basket and ask to dump it on my plate no bag for the fries no ice no sides yet have the nerve to ask me if I want to tip
