I decided to go grab a 2 cheeseburger meal for lunch. First time I had been to McDonald’s in a while. I had a craving for their fries. Line was long so I went inside. I literally felt like I had stepped into the Movie “Idiocracy” (2006). I make the vow that I will never set foot in a McDonald’s Restaurant again. I will spare all the details but I was waiting for President Camacho to come out of the bathroom wearing a general manager tag. I was so appalled at the situation I actually took a photo of the 1800 number to call and let them know how far they had fallen since I was a kid (I haven’t bothered to actually do it). The fond childhood memories of a Big Mac in a styrofoam container or happy meal have been erased by the trauma sustained in this weeks random visit. I realized America as a country is in decline, this McDonald’s is representative of the final stages before total collapse.

Please do not go there every time i go its terrible today i ordered a hot n spicy chicken sandwich and large fry ..there was so much salt on the fries i could not eat them and the sandwich had enough mayonnaise to make 4 more sandwiches it was terrible

I’ve finally reached my limit with this McDonald’s. It is honestly the poorest run McDonald’s I’ve ever had the misfortune of frequenting. Slow? Yes. It would probably be faster if you drove to the Fairhope location, which burned down a few months ago. Bad attitudes? Yep. Everyone who works here seems angry, especially the manager. Tell obvious lies with a straight face to get out of trying to fix errors? Definitely. I’ve been charged for items twice on more than one occasion, and I was told there was nothing that could be done about it or that it would be refunded at a later date. It wasn’t refunded, and I refuse to believe you can’t fix computer related errors.How about milk shakes or McFlurry’s? Forget it. It’s been down every time I’ve tried to get a milkshake for three years running, meaning they simply can’t be bothered to clean the thing. Makes you wonder what else they’re not doing consistently. Seriously… go anywhere else unless you like bad food at a bad price with bad service. Even Burger King down the road seems appealing compared to this place.

For the parents: apparently 'no onions, no mustard' means put it on there, they scrape it off after we realize our mistake, a long with pickle your kid did want.

Was instructed to pull into a parking spot to wait for food. Sat for 15 minutes and noticed people waiting after me getting food and leaving. I ordered a hamburger happy meal and 1 large fry. I finally got so fed up that I went inside to find out what was going on WHERE I SLIPPED AND FELL in the doorway (heavy rains that day) and NO wet floor sign. Employees everywhere weren't even paying attention. Got to the counter, got my food and left. So absolutely disgusted in this location!!!! DO BETTER! And if I was a different person I could sue for falling and there wasn't a wet floor sign!!!

If you ever order food from here. Fully expect to NEVER receive your whole order. I’ve given multiple chances (because they are close to my house) and unfortunately the fairhope one is no longer around. They are always leaving the happy meals out of the orders and fries. And If you do get a kids meal you’ll get chicken but no French fries OR French fries but no chicken in the happy meal box. (that has happened a few times for me) It’s not that hard to read a receipt and pack a bag.

Typical McDonald's, but pretty slow at serving the drive thru.Plus they ran out of hash browns and I could hear them talking to the driver in front of me telling him that they had run out of certain drinks.
