As I am currently sitting here in the drive thru for what has now been well over 30 minutes after pulling up to the carhop first and noticing that every single one is shut off, I decided to go look at reviews of this location because normally, I visit the location in Spanish Fort on Mill Lane (which is fantastic by the way). The service absolutely SUCKS. At one point, there was over 10 cars in the drive thru with about 6 of them behind me and all but two have pulled out of the line and left. No sense of urgency. Very nonchalant attitude. I did get a sorry for the wait. But had I not already been in line this long and it was a Sunday, I would have much rather taken my business across the street to ChickFila.

Ordered a cherry limeade slush with nerds, they forgot to add the nerds that I asked for, but no big deal that’s not bad review worthy. The real issue is I opened the lid after drinking the entire thing and one of my lime pieces was covered in GREEN MOLD. I don’t normally leave bad reviews on places but that is

Had to push the call button 4 times to get someone to answer then she had a bad attitude when she did. And I still was going to give her a tip when she came out but she walked away. This place is so bad I won't be back..

The last few times I have been to this location it has not been a very positive experience but I went through the drive through today to give it another shot and I was very impressed by the two employees I came into contact with at the window. Very friendly, fast, and efficient. I definitely put sonic back on my radar of go to fast food restaurants for my lunch break!

35 minutes for 3 small slushies and 1 medium slushy. 1 car in the drive through line and about 5 waiting in at the kiosks when I arrived. Usually I don't mind waiting, but this was a little bit much for a few drinks. I should have left but the kids really wanted a slushy after their soccer game. I was the only person at the restaurant for about 5 minutes and they didn't even respond when I pressed the red buttong.

Just ordered two burger meals with sweet tea and everything was awful. Lettuce on burgers was old and wilted, the buns were stale and damp, the tater tots were hard and cold, and the sweet tea was watered down and not sweet. I called Sonic to advise, and just got a simple response of "I'm sorry". We will not be visiting this location in Daphne, AL again. I should have known when we pulled up to order our food at 5:30 pm on Saturday and there was only one other car in the entire parking lot that something wasn't quite right.
