Every time I go, I use the drive thru. The food is always hot and fresh, It is ready within a minute and the staff is always nice.Great job Zaxbys!

Very clean. My order was taken and quickly prepared. I got the grilled chicken salad. Two dressings weren't enough for me so I asked for two more and they were given (I was prepared to pay but didn't have to). The young lady who took my order smiled the entire time. Excellent service in every way. I most definitely will return again.

The manager helped me with an issue I had with my zaxby's account, and really went above and beyond to help out. I've eaten Zaxby's for years and always enjoy the tenders with their tongue torch sauce. There is always enough seating and the space is clean. I highly recommend eating here!
The only thing that wasn't good was the loaded chicken bacon ranch fries.. The cook put to much seasoning on the fries which made it edibleable.

Ordered a Boneless Wings & Things meal. Tenders were fine, but some of my wings were very undercooked in the middle (picture attached). I did not notice until after swallowing my first bite, so I'll just have to wait about six days to see if any foodborne illness manifests as a result of my naivete- expecting chicken to be cooked completely at a chicken restaurant.First time having an off-experience here, but it's particularly noteworthy given why it's an off-experience.

Good salad altho not a good as discontinued alternatives. Great chickenfingers and dip. Somewhat limited access to parking. Texas Toast was burned.
