Hadn't had fast food in ages. Friend was visiting and we decided we wanted a whopper and a chicken sandwich. Those have always been my go to. Food was good, and the service was quick and the employees friendly. I'd heard some bad things about this BK but I had a good experience.

No one in line but me. Asked too stay at pay window but I went to next window anyway. The lady there was very nice and asked me to pull up and wait for food being cooked. The guy that brought it out was the guy at first window. At the window he was professional but bringing my food he walked slow and hummed and handed my bag very slowly on purpose. He was very smugged. Food was incorrect. I ordered a double cheese burger. This was a very sad small jr bacon burger. Dry and not what I ordered at all. Couldn't go back because I had to get too work. No one was in line so why do we have too stay at first window?

Typically the service and the impossible Whoppers are great here.on this occasion, although it was 20 minutes until closing, everything was lit up inside and out their employee vehicles four of them outside no one would take an order they all hid so they couldn't be seen. And they wouldn't have to take an order and do any work.

So much nicer than the beltline location. Whereas that location, being closer, will never see my bussiness over this lovely experience comparatively. The staff wants to work and enjoys it and it is just so wonderful to see them enjoying the company of the staff and customers alike.

I went to the drive thru because the lobby was already closed. I ordered my burgers without tomatoes, and they put tomatoes on them anyway. I had to wait at the first window while my food was being prepped...which was really weird. Nothing was right. The drinks I ordered were wrong. The fries weren't crispy, and the burgers were almost cold. Your night crew really needs to pay attention to detail, and the restaurant's standards. Burger King used to be my favorite...until I went to this one. 'nuff said.
Our order got screwed up with door dash and the manager was very kind to take my complaint and solve it quickly and even recook our food so it was hot. Great Job!

This burger king might as well close. Any time I have been here after 8pm they say there no longer taking orders. Beltline burger King has better service and the online hours match there store hours I understand being short staff and if that is the case updating the store hours would work. I went on a Wednesday because my son wanted some bk for lunch thankfully Beltline bk helped him with his craving!
