2 cars in drive thru. My self and other customers were asked to pull forward to wait for our simple order. I was actually told twice to park in HANDICAP parking space. I never did, I pulled out of parking and almost left my order. I decided to park and come inside to get my to find many employees standing around. I believe this was Tuesday March 19th around 1:30. Never have I ever had such poor service from a Chick-fil-A. I love the food and 99.99% of the the service.Please follow up with your crew.Thank youTerri

We ordered a chic fil a deluxe meal. We received the fries and drink but not the sandwich. I called the SW store in Decatur on 3/5/24 and spoke with the manager on duty at 7:45pm who did not give me her name. I did not receive an apology. All she said was to have a good night. Wow. Do you have any idea how it feels for everyone at the table to receive their food except for your child and all I get is a “have a good night” from a MANAGER.

Worst chick fil in north Alabama, they never have anybody outside taking your orders like any other chick fil in the area. You are likely to sit in line for 30 minutes. They say they’re short staffed but they clearly have at least 15-20 people working. And the chicken is always greasy and over cooked ?

Everytime I have been to location near mall, employees are standing around chatting and not serving customers. I got a take out order and clearly ordered grilled chicken first, then the fried chicken. No grilled nuggets when got home. Went back and they charged additional money for their screwup. Asked for back office manager. Employee went to get him. Then, same employee who charged me money said not available. When back office managers will not do the job they are paid for, not a great place to eat!!!!!!

Placed an app order and I mistakenly went to the wrong chic fila restaurant.When I realized my problem I asked if they could fill my order at the current restaurant and they said Not a problem, they would call the other restaurant and cancel that order and fill the order at their restaurant.That was very nice and excellent customer service!

Now I like my chicken as much as the next gal, but I just don’t think those workers should be sitting in a box in 19 degree weather with no dang heater. Those young ladies fingers were about to fall off with how cold they were. And I appreciate them showing up and doing what they do for the customer, but as a customer I just don’t feel it’s right for them to be in this kind of weather. I don’t know who the manager is but they need to go get a space heater or something for those workers.

Usually I don't rate corporate stores anything above a three stars out of five but Chick-fil-A is something that's a bit different than everyone else they've decided to do things a little differently not a lot differently but a little bit differently and in doing so they've set themselves apart it's very hard to get a corporate store to get above three stars but to be real honest with you they deserve four bordering on five they're atmosphere is amazing their food is absolutely incredible the people there that they hire are young people that are on the way up into something better it's obvious to me that they're step above all these other fast food restaurants mind you that being picky about whom you hire because they represent your company is super important along with the fact that you're not open on Sundays which in this country is freedom of religion I am so proud to see them exercising that while my religious preferences do not come into play on this I applaud them for their stand apart type attitude and exercising their constitutional rights thank you Chick-fil-A you are A step above and for this four out of five four and a half out of five if I could
