The food is always good when my kid drags me here. You can tell they're always short staffed, but they still do a great job keeping a positive attitude. Dude with the tattoos be ON IT, with a smile too.
Employees lack basic reading comprehension skills. Instead of getting sour cream on my online order they gave me corn salsa which ruined the whole $12 burrito bowl. Since it was online I had to deal with the AI customer service bot which only gave me a free drink as an apology even though I had to throw away the whole meal. My last time coming to Dothan chipotle, the prices only get higher but the food and service is only getting worse.
