My husband and I went in at 8:50pm they close at 10pm they were out of almost every single thing. I guess even though they know they are a busy place they didn’t prep enough so we walked out, and they locked the door behind us. Closed an hour early and other customers continued trying to get in because the site says until 10.

Just placed an order for window pick up. Rice was a mess, a ball of extreme mushy rice. Ordered pinto beans and got black instead. NASTY, NASTY, NASTY. unless I walk in, I'll never do pick up again.

This is the second time instead of informing us they were out of things, they've just slapped random stuff on it and left off things that I paid extra for. Quacamole isn't cheap, honestly, I order here a lot and I never do this but the bowl I received tonight was disgusting because they just threw random ingredients in there. Imagine if I was allergic to anything thrown in there???? Deepy frustrated and disappointed.

Employees lack basic reading comprehension skills. Instead of getting sour cream on my online order they gave me corn salsa which ruined the whole $12 burrito bowl. Since it was online I had to deal with the AI customer service bot which only gave me a free drink as an apology even though I had to throw away the whole meal. My last time coming to Dothan chipotle, the prices only get higher but the food and service is only getting worse.

It was ok. I did like the beef barbacoa though. Almost everything was emptied, chips stale a bit. Wish there was more variety of salsas. Brown rice was good and queso too. Service was wonderful and they were very nice, helped me too since it was my first time getting it.

This location is awful! The rice isn’t seasoned…and that’s if they even have rice! Always out of chips, out of almost everything every time we go. Don’t ever order online because you it will be wrong! I ordered 2 cheese quesadilla meals online, got home and there was no cheese… just crispy tortillas. The employees are rude and don’t seem to care about anything. This is my favorite restaurant and I will drive to Panama City Beach or Montgomery before I make the quick drive to the Dothan location.

i am not satisfied with my order my rice was under cooked and still hard … there is never any vinaigrette every time i come here the chicken never has any kind a seasoning it has not been a good experience everytime i’ve been .

They were incredibly expensive. The rice was crunchy. Steak was full of fat. We went to sit down and there were no clean tables. Napkin dispenser was empty.
