I'm an Uber driver and I was picking up a customers order the member of the jacks team named Brittany was there with a man who was deaf she was very patient waiting for him to write down his order so he could pay. At no time at all did she act like it was a waste of her time she was smiling at him the whole time. That is what true customer service looks like and I hope Brittany never loses that quality because that kind of service keeps customers coming back.

The food is good, the people are usually nice but the wait time is ridiculous at lunch. I've been waiting for 30 minutes already....my lunch is over and still no food. This is the last time I come here. There's too many other places that I can get food quickly.

I didn't like the chicken I was served at 3:20 in the afternoon. I don't know if it was old and shouldn't have been given to me or if that is the way their chicken always tastes. Previously I have only had breakfast at Jack's. This Jack's is clueless. 4:15 PM..I had another bad experience at this location. I'll stay with the 431 North location from now on.

We couldn't even order food because one of lady's said she was not taking anymore orders as she is listening my kids crying saying they was hungry and she turned us away when they wasn't closing for 45 minamd we was just going to take it home and not eat

Ordered a fish sandwich plain, but everything was on it, ordered a 10 piece night box with mashed potatoes and coleslaw, and didn't receive the potatoes or colslaw.
Was wonderful!! Customer Service was great!! I got the 3tenders cole slaw n large drink was veryyyy great!! I'm not really a cole slaw eater but it had too much mayonnaise to me but maybe that's how cole slaw is idk!! But change that up and yall are winning!!Kid-friendliness: Great food for kids!!

You don't need to respond with excuses on how sorry you are about my experience and close the store for a major cleaning. The dinning area floor, chairs, tables, and base of tables and chairs are just plain nasty, nasty , nasty. Instead of just responding, go look for yourself. If the kitchen looks that way I don't see how it passes the health inspection. I'll definitely not be going into that particular location anymore. Also, the young lady at the counter just walked around while I was standing waiting to order as if she didn't see me, and I was the only person in there, but I can deal with that, but can't deal with filthy, filth. Disgusting. While your at it, get your help some clean clothes.

We use to eat here a couple times a week for breakfast and lunch at our work and sometimes take home for supper but the last couple of times for breakfast we order big blts only to find out they have no tomatoes.they need to improve the cold mocha coffee as it taste like chocolate milk no coffee taste at all. But what got me was we stopped by a few days ago I always oder the same three plates one white meat only one thighs only and one chefs choice. I told them please check as last time we order it this way the thigh plate was a wing and breast and my friend does not eat white meat. The cashier acted like I was telling a fib was rude. I didn't ask to replace the food just asked that they got the thigh plate right. So she hands me my bags and tells me she checked I said ok thank you got home and to our surprise no edible meat on any plates chicken was so dry and dark from sitting under heat lamps. how do you do that. You don't ? and I was told they were checked. Bad Cashier is all I got to say. So if this keeps happening then we might have to drive alittle out of our way but that's what we will do. If we didn't live so far away I would have carried the plates back. But not worth the drive. Please start carrying about what the customers want. Ty
