Manager on duty when my family visited was not very good. They had a new employee running the register inside who had not been trained, she needed help and manager kept ignoring her. Took 20+ minutes just to place a simple order. Manager was yelling at the girl, just ridiculous. Someone should take control and train their people better so they don’t struggle to take care of the customer

If you like extended wait times inside and at the drive though, and the absolute rudest people working the drive through, then this DQ is for you! The girl working the drive through window couldn’t even be bothered to speak one word when I pulled up. She just handed me my ice cream while looking in an entirely different direction. I wish stars would go into the negative.

We ordered 2 of their cheeseburger meals and the burgers were absolutely awful!! They tasted old and had no seasoning at all. The fries were hard and grease soaked! It was all very old!!

The attitude from the drive through! I provided the employee with excellent customer service even though I was the customer. I said thank you, smiled, thanked her for my order, told her to have a nice day too! She didn’t say anything to me AT ALL!! So rude! She didn’t even ask if I was finished ordering at the speaker , just blurted out my total. Honestly kindness goes a long way.
