“Went here for brunch and everything I had was delicious. The smoked fish dip was one of the best foods I've ever had, and I loved the dill in there. The grilled oysters were really good and kind of tasted like if you made an oyster Italian. The brioche French toast was pretty good, and the shrimp and grits had a great cayenne butter. I got the spicy bloody Mary, and it had a good spiciness.“

“The prices are on the higher end (check online), but the food justifies it. And I'm NOT a big spender. Everyone's food came perfect and we were all filled by the end of the meal. Here's what we had that we loved: steak, salmon, crab claws (fried), fried chicken, grilled chicken, gumbo, and a peach old fashioned. Our waitress (whos name I have sadly forgotten but I wanna say her name is Christy) was fantastic. I wasn't a believer until I went there. “This has become one of my favorite places to eat. I have only ever done takeout but there is seating inside and outside. First, the food is delicious. My personal favorite is the chicken shawarma with the lentil rice and hummus. The hummus is some of the best around. The prices are affordable, maybe even a little cheaper than some places. The service is top tier. They will politely answer any questions you have and help you find something you will like. All around great place.“
“Last night my husband and I ate dinner at Firebirds. Our steaks were INCREDIBLE. They could compete with Fleming’s or Perry’s. Our service was excellent. I wish I remembered our servers name, she was quick and very kind (she had on a David Yurman cross pendant, young and light brown hair). I do recommend making a reservation if you’re going on a Friday/Saturday night. As we were leaving, we heard the hostess say it would be a 3 hour wait for the party that just arrived. Will be back!“
“The food here is so amazing! The New Orleans-based decorations and music blasting make it feel familiar inside the building. The staff was extremely nice and patient, answering our questions and making small talk. They're extremely sustainable by using reusable silverware and dishes. However, the tables are close to each other, which adds to the homey/familiar vibe, but it doesn't help with preventing COVID-19. Though, they do offer take-out as a counter! The area is really small with limited parking but the experience there left a big impression.“

Many yrs ago the owner had Bryant's Family Seafood in a different location but it closes, so I'm very happy that the food is just as delicious as the first business! “I’ve been to Ragtime Cafe at least dozen times now for take out food and dine in. I absolutely love all the staff. Their menu is extensive and there is something for everyone. I usually get the beef tenderloin and blackened shrimp salad. Their beef tenderloin is melt in your mouth tender and so flavorful. Everything I’ve tried there has been delicious. Their bartender V is hilarious, fast, and knowledgeable. She remembers everyone’s names and things they like. She can have a million things going on and still be getting drinks out perfectly. I wish I had time to dine in more often instead of grabbing an order to go. They are well worth a try! They have indoor and outdoor dining and can be perfect for a date night or a night out with friends!“

However, our main server last night had the worst personality, her attitude was horrible. I can’t remember her name but I would definitely remember her face. My daughter asked about the birthday dessert and she was very snappy with her. For this server to get a 130.00 gratuity she definitely deserve it at all. “I had dinner tonight at Brock’s and the atmosphere is amazing. It’s very modern with an open kitchen. I got to sit at the chef’s table and was greeted by amazing servers and chefs. The focaccia bread was amazing and so flavorful and served with the house butter. I enjoyed the flatbread with rotisserie chicken, goat cheese, and grapes. I would highly recommend the flatbread. It was delicious with fresh ingredients and made in front of you in the kitchen. This is a perfect spot for a great dinner and to get away and relax from the busy day.“

They don't have a gluten free "menu" per say, but you can order just about anything with corn tortillas instead of flour and the food has never made us sick, so they don't use gluten-containing spices in their meats, etc. at least not in a concentration to cause issues. Very fast for to-go orders. It's usually pretty loud inside, but feels like home. Drinks are reasonably priced as well.“
