12/9/2020 approx 10am - lady working alone - took only a few minutes - she prepared it all herself and took our order and money. Best breakfast in a long time. Fresh, cooked perfectly. Hot!! ??

No pickles and no onions on 4 mcdoubles. Simple order? Yeah last six times I have been there messed up. But this takes the cake. Let's WIPE half of the unwanted items off three of the burgers. And take the sauces off of it as well. What a joke.

When I say filthy and dirty! The manager had a mask on, but it did not do any good because it was underneath her mouth and she didn’t have on any gloves. To top it off she left me at the front register without saying anything.

Employees should ALWAYS be required to wear appropriate clothing, not down over and showibg their whole behind!! Especially while in public View, and while cooking!

Went with my family for breakfast this morning. From start to finish the service was horrible but whats alarming is that one of our breakfast orders the eggs were brown. Upon looking at them we thought they had pieces of ham and which due to religious reasons the person doesn't eat. We call the employee Madison to show her what appears to be ham. Lord and behold she looks at it and tells us that it wasnt ham that the grill was dirty. Everything in a very non chalant attitude truly showing that she couldnt care less she sold us food with dirt in it. We asked for that order money back and till the moment we still cant comprehend how an employee is going to so casually say her grill is dirty. No apologies no offered to make the order again. Just a total disregard for a customers safety health wise. I am beyond disgusted .

I understand y'all are having a competition today, but that does not mean it's ok to treat your customers like crap and screw up the orders. I go through drive through bc I like the drinks taste in drive so to be told it's being made in the lobby upset me. also. brushing your customers through drive and yelling at them and having irritated looks on your face bc the customer does not move at the speed you want is not right especially when you give them the wrong order. this is one of the worst McDonald's I have been too.
I eat at this just about every day love the people that work here

Not clean at all,you don't wanna see the back of storage.roaches and mice, grease leak from ceiling,from grease fryers not maintained properly.and this store will go weeks without a change of grease in fryers.
