“The quality of the food is really inconsistent. Depending on time of day, and I guess who's working, the food can be incredible (hot, fresh, accurate, plentiful, and delicious), or you can get stuck with a giant waste of money (food's cold, stale, poorly fulfilled (fries only half-filled, no toppings on Whopper, etc), no napkins, no sauces, inaccurate or missing items).
You never know what you're going to get, but the real problem is it costs the same either way.“

“I almost neber give 5 stars, but these guys deserved it tonight. I went in at about 9pm. Only 3 people was working, only 2 that I saw. These young men had the place spotless. The dining area and the back kitchen area was also very clean. I didnt go into the restrooms so I cant speak on that. They were nice. They came up/greeted me right away. They made fresh onion rings for me as the other I guess had gotten old. I dont think they pay these young men enough. They said no one wants to work so theyre always understaffed. They didnt complain at all tho. I couldn't compliment them enough. All I see is complaints about BKs everywhere. Hek, I've gotten food posioning from both the ones in Athens multiple times so I stopped going. I dont have that problem at this location tho. I've been here before and the drive through can be slow.... but I dont blame them when you only have 2 or 3 people doing EVERYTHING. These guys tonight highly impressed me. Both with how clean everything was and with how kind they were. But also because they didnt complain at all. It was walking into the twilight zone but a nice one. Y'all, please show them kindness when going through there. Inreally hope management sees this. They need a raise.“

“Even though I waited for 20 minutes, I still give this experience 5 stars. Why? My food was correct, hot, and had great service. Yes, it was inconvenient to wait 20 minutes, but what happened to the BK staff was inconvenient too.
They handled the situation like a champion and did their best to keep the restaurant running. That is why they get 5 stars. Not every crew would persevere like this one did tonight.

“Fast service and friendly staff. I love their food but their grilled cheeses are basically steamed bread and cheese. They don't appear grilled at all. But overall, a terrific place to eat!Update: Due to lack of workers, only the drive thru is open. They are doing the best they can in today's environment“
