“Good food but gluten allergy has been ignored on 3 visits. They do not take gluten free seriously even though they offer a gluten free bun and specify to kitchen you have an allergy. They also charge the full price of a side salad to substitute for their gluten coated fries instead of just charging the difference. Celiacs you are eating at your own risk. I wouldn't chance it if I were you. The slaw is another gluten free option but I found it to taste horrible. All other food I've tried has been great. I just hate I've been miserable for two days now bc the server told me the bun was indeed gluten free. I know the consistency of the usual g free bun, so I just assumed they'd changed brands. I assumed wrong. The server had no idea what she was talking about. Also, if you forget to ask for no croutons on your salad and request a new one without croutons they may just pick the croutons off and bring the same salad. Sorry, but that doesn't make it gluten free. Lastly, the udis brand bun is doable but probably one of the worst I've had since being gluten free. I wish they would switch brands, but I'm thankful they at least offer the substitute (when they get it right that is).“

“If you happen to be eating low carb, don't eat here unless you eat just a steak, or grilled chicken. Wish they had some low carb options. I didn’t want a baked potato but if you do, they don't have those. My steak was really good.“

“It's the best fast food I've had in years! We never eat drive through food anymore, and we're spoiled by having our own beef farm. However we would eat there Every Day if we had one in Cullman AL. We were working in Florence and we ate there Every Night before we headed home! We Love the Cheddar Style Burger!!!! And thier shakes are great!“
“Tuesday August 23 We order from you guys every week, sometimes more often. Our food arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes later. The food was stone cold. Incorrect salad dressing, didn't bring the Sweet Tea we ordered and paid for. Folks we love your restaurant, but you have to do better than this“

“First time I have ate at a Burger King since 2020 cause the last couple times prior to this great store. The one on florence Blvd gave me raw hamburgers an the staff was awful. Food was always cold an not cooked. So I jus banned eating there. My wife talked me in to eating here an they done an awesome job. Not sure of store number but it's the one on corner of Helton across from shell gas station. I will eat here no other burger kings.“

“Petersville location - I went in to order carry out, and Amanda took my order and got my food and drinks ready. I noticed that she has a disability but that didn't stop her from first even working but doing her job great! Give this girl a raise! God bless her and our food was delicious!
