“There was this one girl that looked younger and she was super short with brown hair I’m pretty sure and she gave the best costumer service. She kept on checking on everyone and was super nice to a baby that sitting next to me and my bf. I didn’t catch her name I wish I did. The food was nice and fresh. I will 100% recommend this bojangles! Next time if I catch her name I will write a goo review on here about her she was amazing!!!!“

“Food was good but there was a long wait. Sadly I seemed to have been served faster than a couple of people who arrived and ordered prior to me.
Other than the wait, food was good and restaurant was busy. It was also rush hour and dinner time so I would expect some delays based on that but not any busier than other places I have eaten in.
If in the area again would eat there again to give another chance. Food was hot so was freshly made.“

“I’d give this location 6 stars for service if I could. I messed up and ordered a pizza for pickup from the Muscle Shoals store instead of this one. The young man that worked the window was kind enough to match the price for the pizza and called the Muscle Shoals store and had them refund my order. He did not have to do any of that, but he did.

That exemplifies customer service. The pizza was great as always and loved the fact they now offer a small pizza.

We will definitely re-visit this store simply because of the actions of this employee.“

“We always order on the app.We drive from Killen to Darby Drive Domino’s in Florence,AL. & by the time to get there it’s ready.We always get the 3 or 4 pizzas for $9 each. It’s always the best!
