Ordered 3 kids chicken tenders, sprites & BBQ sauce along with a #7, coke & BBQ sauce.I looked in bag & no BBQ sauce. Asked the young male at the window fir BBQ sauce & he said its in bag. Told him its not. He then insisted it was placed in containers with food. I said I'd rather have some BBQ sauce to be safe. He refused insisting it was in the containers.Get home....NO FREAKING BBQ SAUCE OR KETCHUP AND THE SPRITES WERE NOT SPRITES BUT THE NASTY CARBONATION STUFF. ???SO KIDS...read full review
The line is long right now - I think it's because they've recently renovated and people are excited to try it. My husband thinks they're hamburgers and fries are the best for fast food restaurant. I braved the Long line yesterday to surprise him and was not disappointed. I was able to download the app in line and place my order online which would have expedited the process had the cup not broken for my daughter's milkshake. The Cloverdale Road location used to have great service until the remodel and the 3 times I have been here since the service is horrible and it takes forever. Tonight did it for me when the guy named Chandler working the register completely ignored me standing in front of him for 7 minutes until the lady next to him finally told him to take my order which he made obvious he didn't want to do as he talked bad about every person he spoke to on his drive thru headset after taking...read full review
