Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers a generally good dining experience with tasty food and friendly service. Many customers enjoy the juicy chicken and well-seasoned fries, noting that the food is often hot and freshly made. The interior features warm lighting and wood paneling, creating a cozy atmosphere, and the absence of music helps guests relax. Service can vary; some visitors experience quick and helpful staff, with Lana being specifically recognized for excellent customer service. However, others have faced long wait times, even when ordering via the mobile app, and occasional issues like missing drinks or delays. One visit near closing time resulted in being told they were out of wing sauce and receiving a refund. Despite these challenges, most reviews highlight positive experiences, especially when the staff is attentive. The location is appreciated for its good food value, with enough leftovers to enjoy later. Overall, Zaxbys offers a solid meal with friendly service, though improvements in wait times and cleanliness could enhance the experience.
