One star is pretty generous for our experience. We waited over an hour get our food. The restaurant was very dirty and understaffed. The staff was very stressed. 3/4 meals had problems. The shrimp salad was given to the wrong table and then when we got our salad it was only lettuce in a bowl, shrimp less. The Crunchwrap was great but the meat was raw. You had to hunt for the shrimp in the shrimp tacos. They were out of all fish. The shining star was the chips and salsa. Oppositely, the water was great, and the playlist was fire. We did get a $5 discount.

This place was such a treat to visit a year or 2 ago. Not sure what happened but it's such a disappointment now. Food is slacking, servers seem clueless, just bad management overall. Not planning on going back any time soon unfortunately ? this use to be my favorite place but I think something changed. Also I've been up all night with what I suspect is food poisoning and I only ate 2 tacos yesterday from this spot ?♀️ which is the only reason I was looking at the reviews to begin with... if it tastes off just send it back. I had the shrimp and black jack taco. They were both overwhelming full of the pickled onions and the black jack one had lots of fatty meat I couldn't even eat... and the black beans tasted off. Like super off... someone should look into what's going on I the kitchen and train staff better. It isn't their fault I'm sure

Tooooo salty to eat the ground beef. Skinny shrimp taco was good. Forgot to include expensive sides in take out order. Forgot cheese on taco salad. This was their second chance with me and they will not have another. Tipped on my card. Receipt prompted for additional tipping. Take out fee $3.94 ?

This place was wonderful in the beginning! And each time it has been worse than before! Today it was in eatable and the Marguerites we down right gross! This used to be an excuse to shop at Tangerine because we could get an excellent lunch no more! Complained and was ignored! Too bad......

Food is good. Service is terrible. Understaffed. Part of our group never received their food after waiting over an hour. Emailed owners and got a song and dance about how hard it is to staff a business in this area. Apparently this is an ongoing issue if you read the Yelp reviews. We were in there this time last year and there was 1 person working the entire restaurant and 1 person in the kitchen, per the server. Same situation today, so the staffing issue doesn't appear to be a problem to the owners, as they said they "look forward to the days of being back to when it was easy to get staff." Staffing is an issue that has been around as long as there have been businesses and management must overcome that issue. Some old fashioned customer appreciation would help.

One thing is apparent, and it's that they are extremely understaffed. Im not sure if that's due to not having employees, or management, but there was 12 tables of people and 1 bartender/waitress, and 1 person making food who was also helping waitress. However the 2 people working there, were very pleasant, but you could tell they were stressed. No fault to them. The food was very affordable and delicious, but it did take an hour to get our food and we were the 2nd table seated.

Went to try on Cyber Monday. Door locked during open hours. Staff was cleaning floors from yesterday. Said meat was still cooking. Locked door again. P.s. hire people that can open and close properly.

Absolutely Horrible!!! Our waitress was also the hostess, bar tender and busboy. Our food was late and COLD. Corn Tacos had already fallen apart when they were brought to us. Shrimp taco had 2 shrimp! Sauce was super cold. Manager gave us $1 discount because it was so bad. 1 dollar and we didn't even eat the food! Plus they charged all of us a credit card fee and we were paying cash! We had to make them remove this from the bill. Bill was redone 3 times. Left hungry! They should be wearing a mask and carrying a gun because they rob you!!!! Do not eat here!

Went in on a Saturday at 204 pm. Lots of empty tables and chairs. Waitress said it would be 30 minutes before she even took an order. Wasn't very friendly about it at all Ok, I have other choices and so do you.

I did not think the tacos were up to standard. Way overpriced for the quality. It really is fast food done cheaply and priced up.

Food was incredible as usual. Wait staff was doing the best he could. Probably better than most would handle it. But again, they were severely short staffed. It was Sunday lunch and one server was working the busy restaurant. He actually did good, but lunch took 2 hours for 2 orders of nachos. I don't know if this is a management issue or a pay issue, but it's every time we go there. I hope they can get this corrected before people stop going.

THIS IS FOR THE MONTGOMERY LOCATION We had no idea this place existed until we received a flier in the mail. They are in a strip mall next to our regular grocery store so we decided to give it a try on a Saturday night. We were the only ones in there about 7:30pm. The place was new, clean, bright and the staff was very friendly. They helped us choose our items and even chatted with us while the food was prepared. As the saying goes “fast things aren’t good and good things aren’t fast” so is waiting nearly a half hour was ok. We chose to get it to go and once we arrived home, the food was ice cold (not like it cooled off, but was not cooked)! It was clear that the kitchen had it pre-prepared and was taken directly out of the refrigerator with zero prep. In addition, the backwoods Hawaiian burrito had one piece of meat the size of a jelly bean and the shrimp taco had two popcorn size shrimp. The staff expressed concern about lack of business; with food quality like this, they won’t be around come the holidays. Disappointed and I won’t be back.
