Handled a problem with great customer service! Their POS went down and were trying their best to get it back up. The kind gentleman that waited on me, repeatedly kept apologizing and all employees were very adamant about seeing to the customers needs! Great store! Great employees!
Served by a girl (65) who was very attentive and super nice, couldn't read what the new Subway signature series subs consisted of on the ordering touchscreen so drove up to ask and she kindly told me, went back to order and the touchscreen was out of calibration and very hard to use, I can see alot of people getting frustrated by this myself included so one star deducted.The new signature series sandwich "the boss italiano pro" was incredible and the girl made it fantastic! The employees were two of the most helpful friendly people, particularly the young woman who first helped us, Arianna. Dan was also so helpful and very kind. We really enjoyed our visit.
