I used to really love coming to KFC to eat and use the drive thru. It use to be a place where customers came first. Today I ordered a family meal and I wanted only legs and thighs but was told we can't change the chicken. Why do you want people to buy chicken they aren't going to eat?? Makes no sense to me. If people want just dark meat give it to them if they want white meat just give it to them. As much as we pay we should at least get what we order. And the staff is not ever friendly and they have gotten my order wrong more times than right. I wish that KFC would get it together again because it is a good place to eat usually.Update: They got my order wrong again and when I went in to get my forgotten item they " manager" who wasn't even wearing a uniform, was playing on his phone ignoring me. The little cashier lady finally heard me and came around to ask what I needed. Very bad staff!!

Today we had a party of 5 at this KFC location. JESUS, the person in charge, refused to give us to-go boxes for our leftovers. After spending 65 dollars on our food. Soooo, we had to throw away our leftovers. I asked to speak to the manager and they said he's on vacation but Jesus is in charge. So I asked for boxes and he refused without PURCHASING the boxes. Hell to the no. Jerks. Don't give them your money.

For a 16 piece family meal for the family that came with 6 biscuits and 4 side orders. I can't eat meat due to health reasons,but everyone else in the family loved it! However,the Ft.Payne location needs to update it's menu for drive-thru,because this meal was listed on that menu much cheaper than it actually was.Vegetarian options: They don't have many ,if any options for us who cannot eat meat for whatever reason! I wish they'd get a salad like Zaxby's Zensation Zalad and keep it there all the time! I'd sure come get it. It's difficult for a vegetarian to find food to eat out & we like to enjoy meals with our family too! Had better vegetarian choices when they had the buffet. Sure wish they'd bring back that buffet!

This place is horrible!!. Rude manager and employees!! We asked for dine in and got a cardboard box to eat out of no cups for the drinks just handed me a bag of sweet tea. They charged for silverware and condiments. The lady running the drive through had a very rude attitude when I asked for butter for the potatoes. Who doesn’t carry butter for mashed potatoes?!. Never again will I come to this place. STAY AWAY!!. The manager came out and told us that kfc doesn’t furnish any of this stuff all he had was chicken. Couldn’t even give a receipt for our refund had to make a copy because he couldn’t operate his POS. Very disappointed!

Rude!!! And what's the deal with chicken legs costing extra if you don't want breast? None of the other Kentucky fried chicken places charge for leg's if you want to get them instead of breast, Needs to be under better management.
