For a 16 piece family meal for the family that came with 6 biscuits and 4 side orders. I can't eat meat due to health reasons,but everyone else in the family loved it! However,the Ft.Payne location needs to update it's menu for drive-thru,because this meal was listed on that menu much cheaper than it actually was.Vegetarian options: They don't have many ,if any options for us who cannot eat meat for whatever reason! Two stars because, The food is always good but the service from the workers is so poor. I am a respectful customer and they are always rude, handing you change way to fast so it falls out of your hand, or not giving you correct amount of change at all. The drive thru window workers always either close that door, or slam it in your face. They talk with a disrespectful tone, and act in a disrespectful manner. We ordered the #1 combo. Didn't realize til we sat down to eat we were setved a #2. They wouldn't fix it without charging us. I don't like white meat, so there is NO WAY I would have ordered the #2. I refuse to pay more for what I should have had already. They wouldn't take back the un touched chicken because of policy. Throw it out or whatever. Fix my order.
