“We stopped here for dinner with family before leaving on a long drive trip moving.The food was good and fresh for some of us but others in our group had other opinions. Like the ranch was really salty and since it was 4 separate orders its like some of us got still edible fries/food but wasn't very good and they even got 2 dinner plates (sides) completely wrong & we were the only customers in there at the time also. The wait was a bit much seeing as it's "fast food" and we were in a hurry with a long drive but the cashier was nice, friendly & tried to be as helpful & pleasing as he could. I love Jack's and its different food but some of our family members said they didn't enjoy the experience and wouldn't be going back atleast to that specific location. They were also out of honey mustard sauce for my little one who got chicken fingers for his dinner of course. Everyone always seems to have a different experience though. I overheard at the drive thru a very unhappy customer that even wanted just a complete refund.“

“The cray fish boil they have is amazing. I'm not sure if this is an annual thing or not but it is something worth coming to year after year. Good food, all u can eat for this type of event, drinks, and outdoor setting... just amazing. Ask anyone who has been here before and they will only have good things to say about the experience.“
“First of all, this is a really cool place. I really love the vibe. Lots of cool merch, and then really good food too. The food was great, everyone was working hard to get you your food, and the atmosphere is really good too. Friendly. It is loud, but not in a bad way. The area is actually really nice and there's a nice parking lot right across from the restaurant. Downside: they are kinda slow. This looks like it should be fast food, but it's not. I came right after they opened, and there was maybe 5-6 people in front of me, and it took a good 20 minutes for them to take my order. About 10 to get the order. I don't know if that was bc they just opened up maybe? Wasn't a big deal. Other thing is: this isn't cheap. Most of the burgers and sandwiches are $15 or more. (There's a couple of items that are cheaper, but they aren't what I went for - I went for their burger). Comes with fries, but does not come with a drink. Drinks are all $4.99 and up. So, for a burger, fries, and some sort of fancy lemonade, it was right at $26. Pretty high. I really liked it though. I'll probably go again, and just get the sandwich and fries - because you can't find vegan stuff almost anywhere in Bham, and this is good stuff as long as you're not broke or in a big hurry.“
“I went through the drive thru at this location for the first time and the staff was very polite. There was a bunch of cars but it didn't take them long getting people their food. You could tell they was working hard and keeping everything running smoothly. Hardee's is my favorite fast food place for breakfast and this location didn't disappoint, the food was great as always. If any employees from there sees this review....
