“I like Five Guys’ foods and service very much. I was so disappointed in the service today, though, that I feel compelled to write this in hope that the manager at the Fultondale location will see it. I went in to place an order, but noticed one employee was cooking food and there was no one at the register. As I walked to the register, I passed two employees seated at one table and another employee seated at a separate table. I stood at the register waiting, but no employee approached. The cook, who was quite busy, saw me and called to someone, but still no one came. One employee at a table rose and walked to the back of the room, so I thought she had gone back to go behind the counter, but she came back to her table having just gone to refill her cup. We made eye contact, so she knew I was waiting. But neither she nor the other two employees made any attempt to assist me. After another six minutes, with no acknowledgment at all from the three seated employees,I left. I won’t give up on Five Guys after one bad experience, but I hope the manager will see this write-up and use it as a teaching moment for today’s staff.“

“I recently visited Mad Pies to celebrate a birthday party. It was at dinner time so I ordered a veggie pizza for me & my son which was gluten free & my wife ordered a ribeye steak to share with our daughter. The pizza was by far the best crust & pizza I have had. Absolutely amazing. My wife loved the steak wants to go back. Even my adult son & little girl want to return. This is a bar atmosphere but with food that you would expect at a nice restaurant. Staff were very friendly. The more customers the more staff would be needed. I highly reccomend anyone to visit for the food. If you like karaoke, Thursday night is your night! Restaurant prices with great quality.“

“Clean lobby, food was as expected to Whataburger. Service was good and prompt for the cook to order restaurant. Atmosphere was good. Bathroom could have been more loved on but not nasty just unattended. My only comment negative is the parking but in fairness the property is too small for the heavy traffic. Over all a nice visit.“

“Me and my aunt ate the for our birthday dinners because hers was aug23 n mine was the 24th so we chose to eat there and we had a great experience all around.out waiter was super nice and made sure to keep checking to see if we needed anything like refills etc. It was a very clean environment including the bathrooms which is a plus. Out food was great also we didnt have to wait forever.“
