This is the most bazar chick-a-fil-a. Pulled up at 10:27 - couldn’t order much until 10:30 so we went and parked, waited til 10:30 and pulled back up. They have one guy walking back and forth to each lane taking orders. Why don’t their speaker systems work? Why is one guy working 2 lanes? Why have 2 lanes. Payment taken at the window after you order from the random guy. What sense does any of this make. Food was ok. This place is just weirdJust pulled away and they refused to give us a straw for the milk. ?

Not one to write poor reviews, but corporate needs to do a pop in on this one. Truett Cathy would be embarrassed to see the scene. Awfully long lines/waits, orders messed up consistently, and the “manager” claiming to be Judith has a high disregard for the customers. The complete opposite of what a Chick-fil-A prides itself on. If you’re craving their chicken, do yourself a favor and drive to another city for it.
Love Chick-fil-A!..... I gave 4 stars for service because I order on the app every morning Mon-Fri like clock work. I click "I'm already at restaurant " then "I'm here" when I am 5 minutes away and I still have to wait every morning for my order.Managers should also keep their jokes more appropriate for work and especially when they are at the front counter. 2 of the guys making a sexual joke to a female employee within customer ears is uncalled for.

Service really sucks here I waited 20 mins for a door dash order and several people came in and order and gone . Ridiculous . This has happened several times . People that pay through door dash are just as important as the people who order through the drive through and walking through their doors
