The only other businesses in town who seem to be compliant are Harp & Clover and Rock-n-Sushi. Great job DGI for putting our health before your profits. 70% of businesses in town need to start doing the same or they can lose mine.”

“I have left this review in other spots in addition to this one. This restaurant earned the effort. There were three of us. We had 45 minutes to eat and then 15 to get to the courthouse for a meeting. I had seen the place a few weeks before and wanted to try it. When we arrived the parking lot was about full. Good sign for food quality usually. Bad sign for someone who only has 45 minutes to eat. We asked the wait-staff if they thought they could pull-off a 30 minute race to get our food to the table. She worked with us by advising what meals/items took longer to prepare and we said game on. Best burgers I have had in Alabama in a decade. T H E B E S T !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All three of us were in awe of how good the meal was. The wait-staff was fast, courteous, knowledgable, helpful, and pleasant. I am usually happy if I get just two of those in a server. Our server had them all. We are already planning to go back for a less rushed, more relaxed dinner soon. The dining room was clean, comfortable, and did not have the echo-filled cafeteria acoustics a lot of places do. Outstanding place. Outstanding burgers. Outstanding service. I highly recommend it.”

Ordered veggies fajis and explained dietary restrictions which includes me covering no dairy ie no cheese, no sour cream, no butter. . Was brought out beans and rice which did not have cheese or sour cream per my request and again asked about butter and was told that yes, there was butter in the rice. Otherwise, very nice staff and great Margheritas, the pineapple jalapeño had pieces of real jalapeño and was delicious.

Since new owners have taken over a while back it seems to get better every day. Everyone is super nice, happy and taking care of business. Three of us stopped in for some Crispy Crunchy..I had the three strip meal w/fries and biscuit, one had the pork chop (Massive!) and one had couple pieces of chicken 'n biscuit. Food was Hot, served Fast and we were on our way! I live close so it's really convenient.. And I'm really Happy to have a Snow Ball stand that's awesome right here too! Great job guys! Chill vibes. There is a pool table (only one). You have to request the pool stick from the bar tender and they usually typically will ask to hold either a drivers liscence or debit/credit card for "insurance"

Parking: There are parking spots literally all up and down Broad St.”

“Ok, I’m not to good at sharing my feelings about businesses. We own companies in Gadsden. We, like GADSDEN VARIETY have been around for a long time. I wanted to say that I went in and found the neatest piano ever. I saw it and I think the one I saw was already sold? Can’t remember. Anyway I got to talking to the owner and within the week I had one. It’s in my Living room. It’s so neat. No keys, it’s closed but behind their there is a glass that shows all the working of the upright. And it has its pedals though. It’s dark wood n has writing on the back of the up right part. I love it. It’s got my family pictures on it. One other thing, when you go in, look down…..those floors. They are like walking back thru the years. They are clean. Yes, but they creak….which I will walk ALL thru just to hear them. I love going into that store. Their are still a few stores in Gadsden that are “HOME.” That’s one of the reasons why we all still live, love, n work, and own businesses in GADSDEN. Thank you GADSDEN. Always friendly.The teriyaki chicken, rice and sweet and sour chicken is my favorite, but I’ve tried them all and you can’t go wrong with anything you choose. The noodle are always good quality, never mushy. The meats are tender not tough. They don’t cut corners. If you ask for condiments they give you extra.How could a restaurant survive 20+ years in a mall and not be doing everything right?”

“My husband and I entered store 1265 for breakfast and were greeted with smiles and "Welcome to Waffle House" by the employees. Our server, Lindsay, was friendly and took our drink orders soon after we sat down at our booth. She returned quickly with our drinks and we gave her our orders. The cooks did an excellent job and our All-Star Breakfast items were cooked just right and tasted delicious. Lindsay checked to see if we needed anything after we had eaten for a little while. The manager, Susan, was doing a wonderful job leading her team of servers and cooks to make our dining experience pleasant. I recommend eating at this Waffle House.”

“This place holds a special place in my heart, me, and my granddad came here for years when I was little. I stopped coming for a little while, but when I met my wife, we continued the tradition and have been coming regularly ever since we met. The food here is amazing, I’ve yet to eat anywhere that has better Yum Yum sauce, and the portions that you get for what you pay for are amazing. I eat a lot of food, but I still find myself ordering the children’s menu items just because of how big the portions are. The soup that is complementary is amazing too. The sweet couple that run this place are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. If I could ever eat, just one restaurant, it would be this place.”

I shouldn't have to request something that should already be standard on the sandwich. Other Chick-fil-A locations we go to locally where we live have not had the same result.
