To anyone who is going to put a negative review. Before you do. Ask for Shane, Jason and/or the store operator Carter. they will help make your visit a lot better. Out of all the fast food or restaurant this is 1 of the few and I mean very few places you will see the operator/owner willing to help the staff out because he takes care of the staff and customers very well.
There aren't a ton of options at the food court in the Gadsden mall, but when you have Chick-fil-A, you've got all the options you need!! Really a small space, and located a little around the corner to the actual food court. If you aren't getting food to go, you will need to go around the corner to the general seating area to eat. The employees were friendly and were working quickly and efficiently to prepare orders and get them out. It didn't take long, at all for my daughter to receive our order. It was correct, hot and delicious. I give this location 5 stars, hands down.
