Merrill's BBQ is a great-looking restaurant with friendly staff and good service. Their menu offers a variety of options, including the rib plate with three sides, BBQ sandwich, and pork plate. The ribs were perfect and the whole boston butt is really delicious. Sides like baked beans, slaw, corn bread, and fried potatoes are popular choices, along with coleslaw, potato salad, butter beans, and turnip greens which have a nice kick of heat. The quality and price are impressive and you can taste the love and pride in the food. Prices are reasonable, and the dessert, especially the cobblers, are a must-try. It is worth the stop for great bbq for a great price.
