“Hold on to your hat as prices are insane but good if not great. Not a fan of the times we are all living in but the food and service were good. Still one of the best places to eat if you can afford it. Made the occasional visit again and same as before, food is still very good and the service was great but prices are even higher now as lunch was $60.00 for my wife and I. Can't go often but excellent when we can afford it.Vegetarian options: A few sides but not what I would call a vegans smorgasbord. The meat is obviously the focus here.Parking: Pretty easy to find a space but getting in to eat may be a challenge as there is almost always a waiting list to enter.“

“This is your typical meat and three except they have the widest selection of meats and sides anywhere. You will find it difficult to find something bad on the menu at Niki's West. The quality of the food is good to above average with a few stand outs like the beef roast and the pork chop. The price is a tad high for this type of establishment. The service is decent. I suggest visiting before or after the lunch rush for your soul food fix. If you don't Southern Cuisine, Niki's West is not for you.“

“First let me say I do like Outback and maybe what I have to say will help them to get it together for a better experience for everyone. I spent $74 and some odd change and it came to $93 with the tip. I asked for my Lobster tails to be grilled and butterflied, they grilled them yet didnt butterfly them. I ordered my Mom the Over the top Brussell sprouts they would have been fine if they weren't burnt. I'm used to Outback when I ordered broccoli and cheese curbside they usually put the broccoli in a to go container with the liquid cheese that I like, that didnt happen, had broccoli balled up in aluminum foil had to ask for my cheese which they charged me for and forgot to put on there. Not to mention that I didnt receive Lobster butter had to ask for that and wait until it was retrieved from the freezer and heated in the microwave.The young Lady was very nice and accommodating although the kitchen chef and expediter need to take more pride into what they are sending out of their kitchen that is going into peoples stomachs. Price has never been an issue although presentation is important and anyone wants their money to be well spent. Also Managers should take pride in their stores and treat every customer the same, get your staff together, make it better and stop making generic answers to complaints.They did get the 4 because the young lady was very nice, she saved them otherwise if itwasnt for her believe me it would have been lower.“

“I just wanna come on here to apologize for my family’s behavior last night it was very rude and arrogant as my family couldn’t even sit down to enjoy a meal because of family’s problems going on. I wished I could have got the gentleman’s name but didn’t he was very nice made sure are drinks where filled and brought us rolls and many other starters. Unfortunately we were not able to stay so they put at least 20 people’s food in to go boxes for us after a certain family member acted a complete fool. Again I do apologize for everything the staff was absolutely great. I wanna say I will return just not with my family!“
