“Alicia, the manager at the Tuscaloosa location is great! We had an issue with our Togo order and she went above and beyond to make sure it was made right with us. I was pretty upset about the mishap but after the way it was handled I am very pleased with the overall experience here.“
“We have not be eating at any Logans in awhile due to bad food and service but so happy we gave Tuscaloosa Logans a chance. It was the best we have ever had. Food was awesome and service couldn't possibly have been any better thanks to Jalen our server/bartender. He was the best, never missed a beat. ♥️“
“The food and ambiance were excellent and our server, Sydney, was very attentive and friendly. However the kitchen was rather slow to serve a burger and some BBQ chicken, which we had selected specifically because we were on a business lunch and had limited time. The dining room was mostly empty, so they could hardly be very busy. The food was very good when it came out though.Dietary restrictions: Both of us wanted to avoid dairy products and our server made it very easy for us to select appropriate choices from the menu.“
“Everything was great had a pregnant waiter that told her manager she felt threatened by us 3 black older ladies and they came and fronted us about it the guy manager came and apologized and gave us all free appetizers was kinda shocked tho nothing happen she left off one of our orders so I politely ask about it n she said look don't rush me it's only so much I can do... and being a mother myself I just said well baby it's no rush we just thought it was forgotten next thing I know here comes the manager lady saying we threatened her i just put it off on mood swings everything else was perfect“
“I have ate here several times before and it was good but I can say tonight was absolutely the best steak and shrimp I have ever had. Great Job Texas Roadhouse and service was wonderful!! And this is the first review I have ever left at any restaurant ever!“
“Food was very good. Service was good. We were a party of seven, so it was necessary to put two tables together. Unfortunately, we were seated next to a roaring ice machine, so conversation wasn't great, but we managed. There is a ceiling fan placed near a bright overhead light near where we were seated, so our table had sort of a strobe light effect during the meal that was really distracting. A neighboring table was seated around 7pm (the restaurant opens at 5pm), and we overheard the server tell those guests that the restaurant was out of prime. I did think it was odd, 2 hours into dinner service on a Friday, for a restaurant with Prime as a major part of the name, to be out of that particular cut. All in all a pleasant experience but the atmosphere was just off.“
“This was my first time here. It is like a diner. You walk in and seat yourself. The menu is mostly hamburgers, steaks, and ribs. We walked in at noon and it wasn't too busy. Our order was taken within a couple of minutes. I asked for a salad and we both ordered Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. My salad came in a small ceramic bowl instead of a plate. There was shredded lettuce and chopped tomato. The ranch dressing tasted homemade. Our cheesesteaks arrived on toasted French bread sliced on a diagonal. There was plenty of meat, melted cheese, onions, and diced green peppers. It was the best Philly steak sandwich that I have ever tried. It should be considering the price. $11.00 I had already ate most of the salad before remembering to take a picture, so all you see is the sandwich after I cut into it and devoured it. Sorry!“
“I had not eaten at Nick's in the sticks in years. Let me tell you I was not disappointed again. The food there was still great. There were 8 in our group and everyone I believe had something different on their plates lol. Every person there in our group loved their food.“
