“A group from Marshall Fitness Arthritis Pool went for lunch. We had extra people and they moved tables to accommodate us. They cheerfully provided saucers for a cake that one of our members made. They made our lunch enjoyable. One of our group did not like her mashed potatoes, but that was the only bad comment I heard.”

Even more impressive was her business knowledge and how she is making a small town bakery thrive by reaching all over Alabama and the US with food and cooking clases but be careful it's like drinking out of a firehose. “This is the Burger Man, with Best Burgers in America Association, and taking a break from burgers so my wife and I stopped here for lunch, and we got their Chicken Wraps, a side Salad, an order of nuggets, and all of it was really good quality, and great customer service. The only complaint is that the romaine lettuce they use on their Wraps is not of good quality. Wilted, and terrible looking, and the taste is not the best. I do recommend this location. A little pricey, but most places are.”

“Only reason why I have a 4 star on food was because my wife's sirloin was pretty tough to eat. It was cooked medium rare like it was suppose to, just really tough. The rest was simply amazing. I got the Big Mike which seemed like it was literally melting in my mouth, my wife said the same thing. It was worth the 45 minute drive. We will definitely come back, just not for the sirloin.”

“Today is April 21st 2022 me my mother and my husband came to eat there every was so good ? my mother had the Cobb salad my husband had the shrimp basket and I had catfish dinner freash made really hot are waitris lady was so sweet I did not get her name but she stayed on top of things and made sure we had everything we needed when needed it, we eat there there once a month and would take every body I no there if I could I love this place and great food every one needs to try everything God bless to the owner and manger and everyone who works there for your hard work ?❤️”

“Fast, friendly service. Lady who answered was very kind and patient with me as I read through their menu. They had quick service (less than 10 minutes between placing the order and it being ready). Perfect meal when I don't feel like cooking.”

“Food was hot & fresh. Although I will say I feel incredibly sorry for the young lady who took my order today. She was doing drive-thru, the front counter, cleaning the dining room, refilling/stocking the dining room, running food to the dining room, & even assisting two elderly ladies with the bathroom DURING LUNCH RUSH!!!. Her name is ASHLEY. I'm not sure if she's a manager or not, but she should be - & IF there was a manager here that wasn't helping, shame on them. Food was great, her service was phenomenal. “We were looking for a restaurant that was dog friendly and on the water. Being away from my country and the excellent food you find in Mexico City I have always been critical of “Mexican food” in the US. I never thought we would find the most delicious tacos in Guntersville Alabama. Although the presentation for tacos Al pastor was not the original (trompo) the flavor was amazing! El taco campechano was delicious too! All our food was sooooo goood! We will definitely stop by on our next visit and highly recommend it!”

“We came for lunch and were very happy with our Figgy Piggy Paninis. Also had a side of the Autumn salad w pecans, cranberries, and orange dressed with a delicious dressing. (Wish I knew what that was!) Everything we had was delicious, and staff was friendly. Definitely recommend!”

(Ours was also good, but I never caught her name) During our dinner I watched, I believe her name was Kayla, work the hardest I’ve seen in the food industry in a long time. She never once was on her phone (like I did see others do) and was very attentive and punctual to every table she had. She also had a great personality to older customers and that speaks volumes to me. She bussed her own tables and even help ran food when she was caught up. She did her job and never once was absent or acted like her customers were a bother. I asked her before leaving what her name was-because good service is SO hard to find in this town- and I am just writing to say we will be returning for fries and to sit with Kayla as soon as we ca”

I had 3 street tacos. One each of al pastor, steak/ sausage and birria. The al pastor is now my favorite taco. Wish I'd have tried it sooner. I've never had a birria taco that wasn't a quesabirria, but it was good and tender. The carne asada was a little tough in the steak/ sausage taco.
Still all really good. Highly recommend.”
